Enhancing Your Emotional and Social Intelligence with SOCIAL STYLE

Join us Wednesday, January 9th at Goodwill’s Conference Center for a half-day competency development workshop on Leadership with the topic of Emotional Intelligence.  Research says each of us has a dominant pattern of behavior (DPB) based on how assertive we are and much emotion we show. Each DPB has different characteristics, needs for security and confidence, behavioral tendencies, strengths, weaknesses and stress triggers. Understanding our DPB enhances our emotional intelligences and our ability to adapt to people and situations as needed. Understanding the DPB of others enhances our social intelligence and our ability to build strong relationships.

  • Registration & Continental Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
  • Workshop 8:00 a.m. - Noon

Cost:  $99 for members; $125 for non-members

All participants will receive a SOCIAL STYLE® Self-Perception Profile, Versatility Profile and Concepts Guide, compliments of the TRACOM® GROUP

Participants will be able to take back to their workplaces and implement immediately:

·         Enhanced Emotional Intelligence and a better understanding of how they show up and impact the world around them.

·         Enhanced Social Intelligence and a better understanding of how to work with others more productively, creating a more enjoyable experience for all involved.

·         A different perspective on other people; hopefully seeing others with greater objectivity, empathy and appreciation.
