Your ability as a leader to drive results, hold teams accountable, and get the best out of people is highly dependent on coaching and continuous feedback. As HR professionals, we have all been in those situations where a manager has come to us with frustration in their voice asking to terminate an individual on their team. Unfortunately in many of these cases, there has been limited (if any) coaching or feedback given to that employee.

Employees are not mind-readers and leaders must foster a culture of feedback. Only when we are clear with our expectations can we ‘get in the zone’ of achieving exceptional business results.
