Legal & Legislative Updates

The CI-SHRM Legal & Legislative updates are dedicated to legislative issues pending at the federal and state levels as well as compliance and regulatory issues related to HR and employment business at the workplace. With educational paths for a Senior HR Professional to the HR Department of One, this CI-SHRM has what HR professionals need to stay compliant and on track!

Clair W. Fisher Law Series

The HR-Related Law Series is a multi-week session on the legal aspects of human resource management leading to a Certificate in HR Related Law. The series topics include Compensation and Benefits Law, Special Issues, Labor Relations and Discrimination.
