Session Description
Many organizations invest heavily in engagement initiatives, leadership training, and culture statements yet still struggle with burnout, frustration, inconsistent behavior, and stalled results.
Why? Because burnout is rarely a workload problem. It is often a leadership skills gap.
This session introduces a practical leadership outcomes framework: leaders shape culture, culture drives behavior, and behavior determines results. Participants will explore the specific leadership skills required to move from reaction to ownership...learning how to navigate frustration, set boundaries, say no with clarity, and lead without emotional depletion.
Using the STEAR model (a practical framework for self-leadership and personal responsibility), attendees will gain tools to interrupt reactive patterns, choose aligned behaviors, and translate culture into observable, measurable results without adding more programs, policies, or surveys.
Designed for today’s complex workplaces, this conversation equips HR professionals with clear language, practical lenses, and influence strategies to address leadership gaps at the root and empower managers with sustainable, self-sufficient leadership capabilities.
